Hi, my challenges for this week are to do 30 mins of yoga everyday 100 sit ups per day 5 mins of weight training stick to 1000 calories consumed. x x

Hi, great idea for a challenge. SW - 213lbs CW - 183lbs GW - 153lbs I have lost half the weight so far so just 30lbs to go. Will do my best to lose it in 90 days. Look forward to chatting and supporting each other Jen x x
