@bdashnay I think if you are feeling good, eating a balanced diet (all the colors of the rainbow), getting good sleep, staying hydrated; and not feeling dizzy or weak or short of breath or chest palpitations or pain, etc., then you can keep your calories at 1750. Tough day yesterday. Tired, and going to start my period, there was cake at work and low self control. After the cake I sort gave up. I logged it all and when I completed my entry MFP told me my projected weight in 5 weeks if every day was like yesterday... wow! Back at it today.
