OK so O bought some heavy whipping cream today. It is high in fat, no carbs or protein much at all. I had it with sugar free jello. It was good but think I had too much!!!

MY FBS at 8AM was 190-- a but lower than usual. I did check BS at about 2:30AM and it was at 140!!!! So, it looks as if this is Dawn Phen.

I am most concerned with my Fasting Blood sugars being high not lowering until the afternoon. Am I eating too many carbs and not enough fat?

Well, it says that good sugar control is helpful. I think that this gives as another reason to exercise because exercise helps build strong bones.
