I just ate A LOT. I have a degree in nutrition, so I ate a lot of healthy things.. but that was exactly the problem, I ate A LOT of them (like 3 servings of salmon, not just 1). I was never really concerned with portion size but that makes a huge difference! MFP and my food scale have definitely helped me with that! :)

Shirataki noodles are awesome! The ones with tofu taste more like real pasta but the yam ones are good in stir fries. Definitely read up on the dry frying/washing steps though! It makes all the difference. :)
