  • i think its funny that you're terrified of days like that from happening. That happens to anyone and more than once.
  • I agree with the art being so cool. I really look all the detail and time they put into each card. its like going to a museum looking at each card lol. i scooped out on the born of gods prelease, went 0-2. i'm not a great limited player at all. I like constructed standard. I'm have a pretty good naya aggro (g/r/w) deck…
  • I played a lot of magic the gathering online and went to a lot of FNMs at local card shops. Magic the gathering online can get very expensive because you have the option of paying the similar 5$ FNM fee whenever you choose to on magic online. heres a link to the new theros spoilers called Born of the gods.…

  • i was 6'3'' 296 lbs and dropped down to 207 lbs and gained lean mass to 220 lbs. i'm back on a diet to lean out again. I know exactly how you feel. i've been there. if you ever need any advice let me know.
  • yup hes right. If I could do more than 10 reps with good form i always up the weight and always try to hit no lower than 7 reps. i usually do 8-9. Never sacrifice good form for heavier weight. the form will build the muscles and burn more calories. just stay at a deficit and you won't need cardio.
  • I like to eat 10% fiber of my total carbs. I usually eat around 300 carbs a day so i'm taking in any where from 30-35 grams of fiber. you get fiber in just about any whole wheat product, beans, veggies. or you can take fiber supplements. a healthy diet should consist of 25-35 grams of fiber
  • yes, you will have to find a TDEE calculator use that as a gauge and then test it for yourself. start out one week eating the recommended calories and if you lose weight then those are your numbers. if not i recommend reducing the tdee calculator calories by 150 for a week until you start losing weight. so if the…
  • yup definitely something you have to get over when it comes to changing body composition. anyone that has the body of their dreams knows that it's not the numbers that count it's the way you feel and look.
  • there's no such thing as over training. There's only under resting and under eating.
  • it could be do to tight muscles in your shoulders and chest. do some static stretches before a run to get rid of the tightness. Make sure you're running with proper posture don't slouch over a lot don't drag your arms/shoulders keep your head up. Hope your marathon goes well.
  • if you keep trying to compare yourself to others your never going to get anywhere. "you can't get ahead when you're trying to get even." you're not getting fit to be classified as 'thin' by the world, you're getting fit for your own personal goals and that's all that matters.
  • I'm going through the exact same thing. I'm taking my nasm test dec. 21st , 2012 you have any tips on the test ? Which parts would you recommend to pay extra attention to and if you remember any of the questions thanks !
  • all the others are fine but please leave taylor swift alone :D I would like to punch the guy who made the gangnam style song. that song is terrible, i don't understand how so many people like if they don't understand the language. what the hell?
  • i'm hoping he means counting it as hydrating his body with fluids. then yes it counts but the difference is obviously the calories involved. and two to three bottles a day isn't enough water even if you drink 3 cups of milk you need more. you should be drinking any where from 9-12 cups of a water a day if your working out…
  • are you serious .... i'm sorry but wtf?
  • to lose body fat % all you need to do is be at a caloric deficit it be anywhere from 500-1000. you don't have to do any exercise, brushing?(never heard of that before), sauna, or vigorous activity. the exercise is to reshape your body the way you want it. you can be completely sedentary as long as your at a caloric deficit…
  • don't think of it as weekends/holidays/rest days it must become an every day thing apart of your life. you can't just turn it on and off on certain days it must always be a conscious decision. and yes leaving your dairy open to friends is a good way to help make you more accountable to your food decisions. but in the end…
  • your going to feel that way for the first few days because your probably having withdraws from the other food you used eat especially if you eliminated carbs from your diet. just like when a person stops drinking sodas after a few days they get headaches. just keep it up and you'll get passed it. stay at 1200 working out 2…
  • easiest thing to do is not take them, the word supplement means they're supplemented not necessary just eat the foods that give the same vitamin. I don't take any supplements at all and I don't eat vegetables at all i just eat different foods that provide the same nutrition.
  • never lie about what your goal is in life. if you have a reason for your actions that's all that matters you don't have to explain it to anyone. tell them the truth that your trying to reach your fitness goal
  • shes a small girl so yes her body requires less calories than others. everyone will require a different amount you just have to find it and look for it. start off with a google calculator type in TDEE calculator and take the average of 3 different ones and then try to eat that many calories for a week if you see changes in…
  • motivation is fueled by an idea, person, place, thing, that manifest's in your head to help you reach your goals because you've seen it done. What happens when those things are gone will the motivation exist? no it won't. You must learn to ignite a flame inside yourself to be everlasting to tell you not to quit to just get…
  • your routine actually sounds pretty good for a beginner. you will have to eventually start a split routine separating body parts once you start getting stronger and more attuned with your body. doing that many sets may require more rest inbetween workout days. you should go any where from a total of 12-17 sets a day.
  • great job getting started. with the knee injury i can relate i have torn tissue in my left patella behind the knee cap. you will have to take it easy with leg training very light weight but do high reps to get flexibility in your legs to lessen the pain from the injury. with your low back pain don't do any twisting motion…
  • those are just estimated calculators your body will respond differently. It could be body fat that your losing or it could be muscle and fat. but if you feel fine and don't notice any extra fatigue while doing normal daily activities then your good to go.
