hi. i'm getting ready to take my NASM test to become a certified trainer in about 3 weeks. Has anyone here taking it and can give some tips ? I'm having trouble grouping all the hip flexors and ankle parts.
who's else is excited to be finishing up their cut and getting ready to start their bulk ? My cut ends Jan 1st then ill stay at maintenance calories for 2 weeks and begin my bulk. I'm so exciting the time is finally coming after 8 months of dieting it's here.
