I don't have time to do that, I have brekky lunch and tea, and on days I work I only have lunch and tea, but I get something yummy and high calorie to make up for it =)

We don't do thanksgiving, though I'm planning a halloween party (provided I get some friends in the real world first)

Go for it! I'm fairly bored and hungry but it's only an hour dill dinner so I'm hanging around on here being distracted

I dont eat my exercise calories but I do reach my 1200 goal without exercise everyday! I'm happy to go over my 1200 if I did a big workout or whatever, I lost nothing for the first 6 weeks that wasn't water weight but it's coming off now =)

My brother is a personal trainer at a pretty big gym, I have never heard him talk badly of ANYONE that's gone there (cept his wife! ha ha!)

I bought a $40 weight waters one as my old one said I was the same weight all day everyday, no matter what I did, go the new ones and I was shocked to see I was so far under that number!

I'm set to lose 1 pound a week, as i don't have much to lose I generally only lose about half a week even though I stick with my 500 a day calorie deficit. If some is coming off be happy =)

Try a La Zuppa soup from the shops, they're low cal and filling, and go for a walk, if you're walking you're not eating.

Finished day one, arms hurt during but my legs are SO sore after, they shake when I stand up!

If it's what I think it is (we call it rice cream) it's thick, and DELICIOUS! Very sweet though

My partner and I live a good 2000kms from both our parents. But when I fly home I make sure I see him and when he does he sees mine, we're very lucky though, they all get along with us and with each other =)

I started MFP when I had the flu, I've had a cold since then as well, I ditch the workout and eat all my alloted calories so my body can fight its battles.

I started a while a go but got sick and couldn't run so I stopped for a while after week 3, I've never exercised before and I was shocked that I could actually do it, you just have to dig deep!

I don't buy poopy food any more! (though a great low calorie snack is toobs) I have day or weeks of NO motivation, I think about how exciting it'll be when I get to my goal weight which i want to reach by xmas. Do you have a date for your goal weight it really helps motivate you

They recommend upping calories by 100 a day every week so try next week at 1300 a day, then the next week at 1400

Tuna, peas, carrots, broccolli and mash with white sauce in the over for 40 minutes. I hate tuna but I LOVE this

Yeah I have a can of dry shampoo, it makes it far less 'sticky' looking and smells awesome.

I'm 22, I tihnk I'm nice and I'm kinda friendly, but everytime I meet people I hate them. Since I moved all people have annoyed me so besides going home for a week I haven't gone out in 18 months.
