Ha ha I'm trying to get my bf on here too, he doesn't need to lose weight he just wants to build more muscle as he lost alot after he hurt his knee overseas. My dad and one of my best friends are on here now

It's not, the idea is that in males a lot of fat is stored in the skin just above..... so when they lose weight it makes it LOOK bigger.

Yeah that's been the hardest part for me, now I just make sure I don't buy crap food, if I need a snack it's healthy because I have no other choice, unless I go shoppign with my bf, like yesterday, my house is full of choc bikkies and profiteroles... and he's not even here!

I have no idea, mfp and my treadmill never get along, mfp knows my weight but the treadmill knows my incline changes and speed. I think we both need a HRM

congrats you work hard for it!! I get that a lot now, no one said anything before but now I'm getting thinner than them they tell me I shouldn't lose anymore (I'm 5'5 and 143) I know how my body feels, it's MY body =P All you can do is ignore them.

Double check you're logging the right amount, add it as a recipe and let it add it all up for you, my tuna mornay shocked me at only 280 calories a serve, they're BIG serves but sometimes it's just a lot of low calorie ingredients. and sometimes you make egg and bacon spaghetti and have to go for a 2 hour walk after cos it…

Yeah eat, I'm 5"5 they set me at 1260 and I eat them all, and MOST of my exercise calories, sometimes I'm just not hungry
