this absolutely disgusts me. i guarantee she's on disability and is getting MY tax dollars to basically eat herself to death. i work in a nursing home and you would be surprised at how many residents we have that are ridiculously young and that the only reason they are in a nursing home is because they are morbidly obese…

http://www.calories-burned.buddyslim.com/?s=30+day+shred&posts_per_page=100 i use this website to roughly calculate calories burned for common exercise DVDs. they have a pretty big database. still not as accurate as a HRM, but it works for me!

also remember that its not necessarily just about how many calories you're eating, but the kinds of food you're eating. like if you're calorie goals are 1500/day, and you eat 1500 calories worth of chocolate (yum! lol), you may have not gone over your goal, but obviously you won't lose weight eating like that every day.…

absolutely! you can do it! you could pack yourself some healthy snacks for the day so you're full and not as likely to graze on all the provided food. its so hard to say no to free food! let us know how it goes! good luck.

i would say light/moderate is general house clean up--dusting, sweeping, dishes, etc. heavy/vigorous would be scrubbing the floors, vacuuming large areas or up and down stairs, etc. try to go by what your body is feeling--if you work up a sweat, i'd say it was vigorous. hope that helps!
