Definitely log... tons of calories, carbs & SUGAR. The Trop 50 juices are a nice alternative.

It's already been said, but I use laughing cow or hummus. Heck, sometimes I still use mayo... but I just use a tiny bit to wet the bread. I'm a fan of Kraft w/ Olive Oil.

I recently got a new cell phone & d/l the MFP app... but never paid much attention to it. Very nice!!! I see what you mean by it's easier when using the app... it tracks everything at a glance.

Switched out Sat Fat for Sodium. Good point that if I'm following a lower fat "diet" then my sat fat will stay in check as well. Toggled my fiber & it looks good. Yuck on the Sodium!! At least I never add salt to anything.

Kudos on drinking "pure" water. That is a whole other debate here. IMO... water = H2O... period.

You can't trust the calories burned in the database. The best thing I ever did was buy a HRM.

I typically have a "cheat" meal every couple of weeks. I don't use it as an excuse to eat with wild abandon. I agree. I haven't had a "cheat" day in 2 weeks & won't until Thanksgiving. There may be some collateral damage but I plan on logging it & offsetting it with exercise.

I'm not feeling well... started last night. I didn't get home from work until 8pm & up got up a bit ago (so no a.m. workout). I'm going to work, but not sure I will stay. If anything today, it will just be a walk. I think I'm out of the challenge this week, but would love to do it again!
