I've always taken my at night... not before bed, but after dinner. If I take them in the morning or on an empty stomach, I get queasy.

Sorry you were wrong... don't you just hate it when the hubby is right? This is a common debate though. Simply, you burn more calories running because your heart rate is elevated.
