Wed : Rest day.
Thur: 1069 calories total...50 mins on Eliptical resistance set on 12 out of 20(35 mins forward/15 mins backward) and 10 mins of pushups and situps
Fri: 1187 calories total... 52mins on Eliptical and 15mins of a kettlebell circuit.
Sat: 908 calories total... 45 mins Eliptical 15 mins of strength training with dumbells
Sun: 203 calories total... 30 mins walking dog.

I coulda done more... but 7000 is a nice pace for me... it allows me to eat just about anything though which could be bad in the long run... I might bump it down some so I am not eathing everything in sight....lol.0 -

Tues: 406 (golf-I probably burned more from shivering and jumping up and down trying to keep warm!)
Wednesday:901 (spinning, abs and stretching)
Thur:817 (arc trainer and various machines440; vigorous house cleaning 377)
Fri: 0-son had surgery
Sat:168 (short run)
Sun:406 (elliptical, treadmill intervals and abs)
Total: 3566
Left to go: 0
Won't be doing next weeks challenge, workout time will be minimal until he is home from the hospital (hopefully Tuesday) and then he will need somebody with him so can only workout when husband or older son is here. good luck everybody! I'll be back!0 -

BAH! Missed it by 97. I should have kept better track during the week. I just went back to check my HRM to total calories burned. Working 60+ hours & 6 days a week while trying to shop & prepare for Christmas... ack, I was happy to do that well!!0 -
