    Hope it's not too late, I could really use the extra motivation and accountability this week. Not sure I'll hit 3500 burned as I'm still adjusting back to MFP life but I'll sure try!

    I'm in again!! Don't know what my goal is I'm going to be heading to massachusetts wednesday for a week.Cycling is out of the question as is anything outdoors.Im going to have to find a gym that allows me to work out on a daily fee.Good Luck To All & Merry Christmas!!

    ug! I wasted precious gym time today - I tried a 75 minute conditioning class, and it was okay, but definitely not a calorie burner! The class burned out each muscle group, one muscle group at a time, so it had some hard parts - but there was no cardio. So I was at the gym 4ever! with little return . . . . . I guess I'll be working that much harder tomorrow!
