3500+ Calories burned challenge Christmas Addition

Well it is that week of catch 22. Everyone is looking forward to it and dreading it at the same time. Christmas week. It will be difficult to get all the exercise in this week for me with my gym closing at 2pm on Christmas eve and not open on Christmas that will be 2 days where I will not get a good work out in.

This challenge is for the week of 12/19 - 12/25. Please set a goal of at least 3500 calories to burn this week.

    I"m in this week. Not sure if I can make 3500 (older son has two a day swim practices and the morning one is right during my first spin class!) and the younger one is still an invalid. I'll give it a shot though!

    I'm in again! Not sure if I will beat it this week... have 2 parties during the week & going on a Christmas light tour... but hey, at least I will try to hold myself accountable!

    I'm in again - my goal is 4000

    General plan: Cardio Core and Recovery every day (for Insanity)
    Running if my legs ok - 2 days this week, >5 miles total
    Biking 1-2 times
    Skiing - hopefully 1 day
    Probably some walking.

    Well, I haven't been very good about updates, but I got well over my 3500 for last week and am on track for this week. Thanks, MM for bringing this part of the weight loss/health gain process to the forefront of my consciousness!

    I'm in again!! Don't know what my goal is I'm going to be heading to massachusetts wednesday for a week.Cycling is out of the question as is anything outdoors.Im going to have to find a gym that allows me to work out on a daily fee.Good Luck To All & Merry Christmas!!
