3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 3/21-3/27

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone has been doing a great job with the challenge!


Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:

    I would love to join, I don't really understand where we post our list of daily achievements.

    Each day post the daily update. Say on monday you burned 500 calories on the treadmill. You would post

    Weekly Goal: 3500 calories burned
    Mon: 500 calories burned (50 minutes treadmill)
    Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 500
    Left to go: 3000

    Then on tuesday either copy or quote your previous post and update Tuesday.

    I burned almost 6000 calories this week as I train for a marathon in 2 months. Shooting for 6000 this week.

    I'm in again WEEK #9 with a goal of 4500 calories burned. This challenge makes me push myself everyday even when I don't want to do anything. Thanks everyone for the motivational push!!!!

    Since I was over by 69 last week, this week I am upping my goal a little. Instead of 3000 for the week, I am going to shoot for 3100. I am aiming for at least 4 days in they gym, the other 3 days at least a 45 minute walk and/or exercise DVD or some sort of outdoor activity that is a calorie burner like gardening, bocce ball, football game, etc.
