    Tues: 876 calories burned (668 calories burned running 10km + 1.5km cooldown walk & stretching; 208 calories burned cycling 30 minutes)
    Wed: 969 calories burned (580 calories burned running 9.5km + 500m cooldown walk & stretching; 389 calories burned cycling 45 minutes)
    Thur: 609 calories burned (130 calories burned doing 45 minutes of P90X shoulders & arms; 298 calories burned swimming laps 50 minutes; 181 calories burned cycling 28 minutes)

    Thur: 406 (1 hr stretching 20 min LS)
    Fri: 320 (1 hr walking and aerobic stretching)
    Sat: 750 (30DS, stretching & walking)
    Sun: 230 (light cleaning)
