What nutrients do you track in your food diary & why? I track Cals - Carbs - Fat - Sat Fat - Sugar - Protein. I also toggle Sodium every now & then to make sure I'm not insanely over. Is there a website somewhere that breaks down nutritional info for entire recipes? I like to cook & make up my own recipes... it would be nifty if I could plug in ingredients somewhere.
