I just made these cookies for a party last night & they were a big hit. I modified them a lot from the original recipe. These would be great for energy. Sorry that I cannot provide a fat/calorie/carb breakdown. Feel free to modify & let me know how they turn out. I've only made them once so I will play w/ the ingredients some more next time.

1 1/2 cups of Multigrain Flour
1 teas Cinnamon
1/2 teas Salt (I used No Salt)
1/2 teas Baking Power
1/2 teas Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter (I used Smart Balance)
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Brown Sugar (it was a cup but I made it 1/2 & added 1/2 Honey)
1 Egg (might try 2 egg whites next time)
1 teas Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Non-Fat Milk (Soy or whatever)
1 cup/6 oz Butterscotch Chips
1 cup Uncooked Oats
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
3/4 cup Raisins
1/4 Wheat Germ

In small bowl combine Flour, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Powder & Baking Soda.
In large bowl combine Butter, Honey & Bown Sugar; beat until creamy.
Beat in Egg & Vanilla Extract. Blend in Flour Mixture alternately w/ Milk.
Stir in Butterscotch Chips, Oats, Walnuts, Raisins & Wheat Germ.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
