Tool for nutritional break-down of recipes?

Is there a website somewhere that breaks down nutritional info for entire recipes?

I like to cook & make up my own recipes... it would be nifty if I could plug in ingredients somewhere. I thought maybe there was something on MFP, but I'm only finding the database to look up one item at a time.

Thanks!

Thanks... I'll try the one your suggested.

Since I'm new to this website, I just wasn't sure if there was one here that I was missing. As for Googling... yup... did that, but some you have to pay for after signing up... some are just better than others... or heck some have viruses... so just wanted to see if there was one in particular that was tried & true.

there's one on sparkpeople i feel a lot of people use on here
but honestly i'm not too familiar with them

perhaps someone else will drop a line of the most commonly used one used for mfp-ers?

You can use MFP also--just click remember meal when you're done entering your recipe. Then if the recipe makes say 4 servings you would add 0.25 meal to your log.
