What nutritional data do you keep track of in your food diary?

Mine: Calories - Carbs - Fat - Sat Fat - Sugar - Protein

I wish I had room for sodium also.

    I couldn't believe all the sugar and sodium in foods until I did this, it propelled me into clean eating, I've become obsessed in looking at nutritional info.

    I may replace Fiber with Sugar now that I can see my fiber is just fine. Or maybe potassium.

    They are the only 4 things that are always listed on the labels. Wish I could track sodium and fiber.
