Neutral grip latt pulldown, like this, some might call this the V-handle i believe. In my old gym i had this handle that i used for the neutral grip latt pulldown, a little wider, which i frankly liked better, but in this gym, i only have that narrow V-handle, or wide bar for overhand grip

@nossmf My program is ment as a full body workout 3 times a week, none of the big 3 (because of my back problems i avoid these for now) Before each workout, some warmup on threadmill And before first exercise a warmup set of 20% of working set for 10-15 reps, then 40% for 8-10 reps and 60% for 4-6 reps Day 1: DB incline…

Will post it here tomorrow

Ok, that 8 sets with left and right arm makes now sense. Altough i agree with @nossmf that with injury, it is better to lower the weight for the stronger arm, rather than do 2 different weights, for all the points he mentioned My left arm is far weaker than my right arm to begin with (i think this is because of my bowling…

I find that so cool! Been with a friend to bouldering once, but definatly not for me, big guy (almost 2 meter) with big belly, no hip mobility… I was able to finish level 1 and 2, but at 3, where i had to make a cross over with the legs, and press myself against the wall, i fell down, tried it 4 or 5 times, but fell down…

A question from my side When you hit the 15 reps on each set, do you increase weight the next week? Or do you increase when you hit the 15 reps when you have hit that on 1 set? Also, 15 reps seems kind of high in my opinion for most exercises, i believe 8-12 reps is more common, because that way, with enough weight, you…

Despite my back not being 100% since last thursday, i went to the gym anyway today to do my workout. Only replaced the DB row's for a seated cable row, since that is better for my lower back But was kind of proud i did not procrastinate my workout and be another week without working out. Got to adjust some of the exercises…

Funny, i always wanted to be a teacher as well. I guess that's why i like being a bowling trainer/coach so much But frankly, with the teenagers of today, i really could not… I would not have the patience to deal with the bad mouthing these kids have nowadays. Salary wise, i would be earning way more, so that would not be a…

@stljam i am ald fashioned with notebook to write down my training. I have always my 3 day routine written down for that week. So when i do my day 1 training, and i hit my rep target, i already write down for next week what weight to do. Helps me with my OCD in this
-
I totally agree with this
-
Awww.. thanks C! I may do that again in future, but for now, i first wanna get back to 100kg again.
-
I am actually not doing any of the big lifts. Started a program that works more on the smaller muscles. I do have a incline DB press and leg press in my program, and lot's of back work as well. But no regular DL, Squat or BP So far i am definatly not bored yet, seeing progress in most of the exercises by increasing weekly.…

Well i could definatly use that lifters wisdom of yours and your motivational speeches. And yes in bowling i know what to do, but in lifting, i am a newbee

My 3 favourite people in lifting all on one page again! Glad to see you all, i hate…no, not hate…YES HATE! that MFP sucks the way it does now. I have been going to the gym reguarly again since may of this year, after my herniated disc since december. Goal is to be there 3x a week again, but you know…life happens, and most…

Almost done with season 3 of Umbrella Company Only watching it, because i really enjoyed first 2 seasons, but this season kinda sucks, but still wanna see how/if it ends Also in between started watching Guardians of the Galaxy volume 3 Nice to see a background story of my favourite character
-
Yeah, i remember switching from 1 to the other…not what you expect Still loved it
-
Oeh! I am going to put this on my list. Currently i am trying to finish The Originals (after years) It's something i watch in between newer shows Untamed is on my watchlist as well

Nah…that Activity Feed is definatly not the same. It's basically you create a forum page for each and individual friend, which makes it harder to maintain. The fun thing about posting on walls was that you could see comments of friends of friends as well, and by that, even expandign your own friendslist, because you saw…
-
Yes it was fun and lively, but after the change of MFP not being able to go to friends walls anymore and post there, everything went downhill really fast. I know have about 8-9 friends from here i still have contact with on IG, but that's it
-
What did you think of it? As much as i like Rami Malek for his role in Bohemian Rapsody and Mr. Robot i really could not like this movie. It was so slow for first 70 minuts, and then almost everything happened in last 10-15 minuts

I just finished season 3, and really do not understand what the fuzz is about. I really liked it. Was it as good as season 1, hell no. Was it bad, hell no either. I think they did a really good character development on Seong Gi-hoon and Front Man (In-ho) I also hope they will make a side show on In-ho, to show what drives…

Spoke to her a while back, but yeah i don't think she is on the forums anymore
-
Old MFP is so dead…It used to be fun here. Been here since 2010, but after that last downgrade where you can't even post on friends walls anymore, this site/app is useless
-
I just started season 2…heard that season 3 is kinda bad
-
Yep, that's right. I rarely read books anymore, now i use Storytel to listen when i walk. But used to read 1000-2000 pages books all the time before this tech came out
-
Started Season 2 of Squid Game Also started to watch Peaky Blinders with my wife… They really know how to capture that era love it so far (done 1 season in 1 day)
-
I really loved Shogun, altough it doesn't do justice to the book.
-
How was this?
