A calorie is a calorie :) but look after yourself! fruit and veg is good for you processed food and mic food has lots of salt and fat in them. try it...i gaurantee you'l feel better.

Yeh i think so too! at the moment i do a shed load of cardio. I think once ive reached the fat level i want then i'l swap it to around 20-30% cardio and the rest weights maybe.. i'l just have to mointor my shape closely and make sure im not gaining fat. i assume aslong as im burning the calories i eat.. i wont gain fat…

This one time i remember it like it's in my mouth now.. yuck... i got a sandwich from our work canteen.. started eating it..took a big bite all excited i nearly heaved..opened it up...and someone had put SALAD on my sandwich... not been back since :S

Ahh yes sorry. i think yyour right! my BMR is 1500... my TDEE is about 2000.... i got mixed up! my diary is visible if you dare to see how bad my weekend was :S

Ive got a question then.... if you go over your target for a day mine is curerntly 1500... but my BMR is 2000. If a cheat day doesnt exceed my BMR is that ok? basically at the weekend both days were over...but still under my BMR. i also burnt 800 cals on each day. Is that ok? my weekends are my biggest hurdle :(

Ok,just done 100 pushups. In 2 min 32 seconds.. did the first 50 in about 50 seconds them slowed down massively Made sure they were properly done too!

Today was my rest day but i was already planing on swimming for a bit anyway. think i may do this but add a time its taken me to do it in too! i think its easily do-able in under 5 minutes..?
