Of course they are more difficult. Easy way to test this theory is to get a scale. Go regular pushup stance with hands on scale, measure weight. Do same thing with elevated pushup form, measure weight. Compare weights.

They have several levels of pullups. At the end of the day you would do some type of assisted pull up until you built strength. Also they do not differentiate between men and women everyone is treated the same.

I have tried all and currently use Nike+ GPS watch. He is correct, the one feature that is really cool in Run Keeper is the ability to add a run manually. Other than that I dont think Run Keeper performs as well as some other apps, it does not support any GPS watch data and I didnt like the interface as well.
