^ this. Its a hard habit to kick but things like Mio and Crystal light can help.

I dont have experience with Martial Arts. However I do train to box. I would say start now. The training will be good for you and until you train to fight you will not know how to train to fight. If that makes sense. Lifting weights will not get you the conditioning that you need nor will straight cardio.

See I am the type of person that would get $200 bail money to a friend and then go teach them about my second favorite activity to do, boxing. I cant stand people who want to put someone down for achieving because they cant do what you can do. Idiots!

Just curious after reading your profile and all the running you have listed, what knee injury did you sustain?

Nice work. Mine is very simple. Dear God let me make it up this hill, dear God dont let those dogs bit me and please lord if you see fit dont let me find any bodies.

diet is the key to what you want to achieve.
-
Unless you are trying to make weight for something don't bother with them.
-
How are your eating habits? Stick with your regiment and you will see results
-
AWESOME! Really though a workout will help you stretch out those sore spots.

Mix it up, thats all I can tell you. Personally I run and fight.....A LOT! But I mix in the gym and then body weight stuff.
-
Create a group and I am in. I already to 200 a day, is that a problem?
-
Most important tip: dont drown! Sorry had to :)

Get prepared to hear the debate on shoes. How far are you planing on running? If its just a few miles then cross trainers should work. But since you already have a foot problem you might go to the people that created your custom shoes and ask them what they think. Nice Ink BTW.

Bone spur? http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/bone-spur-topic-overview Doubtful you pulled something from the way you describe the pain.
-
Follow the plan. When I did it the 20 minute run was cake, the two 10 minute runs the next week nearly killed me :)

I have a very active life to but I got to point out a few things. 1. Why not get the kids to help make their lunches the night before? 2. You cant tell me that you have soccer, cheerleading and gymnastics every single night. I coach soccer, go to boxing twice a week, take son to football/baseball practice and then games.…

Either you have Runners Knee (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iliotibial_band_syndrome) or meniscus/ACL injury. I am betting on runners knee. But go get it checked out for sure.

Congrats on your pregnancy!

Don't beat yourself up over gaining a few pounds, or eating something you were not supposed to. It happens to everyone. The best thing to do is just get back on track as soon as you can and put this behind you. So when you go into your weigh in, before you step on the scales, tell yourself that this does not define who you…

I just switched from whole milk to Soy milk. Then after reading that eating too much soy can have negative effect because of the effects of elevating estrogen levels in men (I am still researching this but why take a risk until I can form an educated opinion) I switched to almond milk. I must say I really enjoy it and mix…
