Share your "favorite" fitness/exercise routine!

I have a few but one of them is this

5 set of 5 rows, 10 pushups, 15 squats
rest
4 sets of 15 dumbbell raises/cleans 15 kettle bells
rest
3 sets of 15 situps 15 platform jumps
rest
2 sets side shuffles and 15 axe swings
rest
1 mile bike trying to beat your previous time

    I mix it up so much- but am currently stuck on:

    20 minutes of ball work/ shoulder/chest work with weights such as- chest press and flies on the ball as back support- and other assorted weighted ball moves. I follow that up with a 3 mile run OR Step Reebok (on Utube)

    For anyone out there that loves step aerobics like me and are sorry they took it away from gyms in favor of kick boxing and zumba- go find Step Reebok online and ENJOY- WAY FUN!

    Amstrong pull up routine to increase pull ups (http://www.lamarineofficerprograms.com/The_Armstrong_Workout.pdf), then I do 100 reg pushups, 60 uneven pushups, 100 dips, 50 pike pushups, 60 diamond pushups, leg lifts, 100 ab rollers then run 4 days out of week.

    My favorite is still Turbo Jam, but I'm going to try Turbo Fire over the weekend, so that could change. I also just started New Rules of Lifting for Women last week, and I love it so far! :bigsmile:
