I burn over 1000 a lot of times... I wondered if it was an overestimate but I recently got a heart rate monitor and it was pretty spot on. Today I did 90mins on the elliptical, 2hrs SUP, 50mins running and burned 1729cal. I obviously spend a lot of time exercising tho so that's partly how I burn so many calories

Lol Not really a deep dish person so no prob there! I've never tried brick oven style.. There's a new brick oven pizza place close by, maybe I need to try that!

The lazy was sarcasm. Never said anything about looking for sympathy. Pizza isn't something I want to "go get"... It's not a major life goal like that comment sounds lol

I'm too lazy to make my own.. And then on top have to calculate the nutrition stuff. Lol no, I get decent pizza when I get it.. It's just not the same as I imagine it

A while ago for a few months I stopped logging... I still kept losing. I usually eat pretty much the same stuff tho so I just kinda kept a running tally in my head throughout the day

I've never put it in water but I do mix it w/ cucumbers and eat it... I think it's good :)

Congrats on the weight loss! I agree... Moderation is the key. I've had pizza, chocolate, Chinese..... I just don't have a lot or have it often. :)

If you exercise you're suppose to eat back some calories too so you can eat more that way and still lose. My cable company has free little videos of fitness things... Maybe yours does? Or the Internet has great stuff, or I've found free apps in the app store(idk if you have an iDevice tho?)

I never ate back calories, and I normally do a lot of exercise... Everyone is different but I don't recommend my route. I didn't realize I was suppose to eat back calories until recently...... Yes, I've lost a ton.... But, I'm not healthy. :/

5"1 Female 143 Goal is about 130ish Dietician recommends a NET for me 1650 to lose I've been eating about 1200 total(Not net).. I normally exercise 1 & 1/2hrs to 3 & 1/2hrs daily so I'm usually way under calories(I don't recommend!)

For the past yr I was eating about 1200... I never took exercise into account. I started experiencing different symptoms and went to the dr... just got my blood test results back and I'm at a deficit in some nutrients. My dr and dietician have both instructed me to eat more. I'm not sure how accurate it is but when I compare it to calculators online it seems pretty close, for me anyway. But there are a lot of days I burn over 1000cal...
