Running w/ Hip Arthritis?
Anyone have any experience running w/ hip arthritis? I'm not positive I have it... The Ortho dr is leaning towards that and I just had a diagnostic test today. I'm kinda freaking out tho in case it is arthritis. I read running makes it worse. Are my running days over?

Calorie Goal?
I think I need to adjust my calorie goal but I'm not sure what to. A dietician I saw told me 1650 plus calories I burn doing exercise. My pcp told me 1400 minus 250-500 to lose. And when I google it I come up with answers anywhere from 1400-2000. Anyone know the most accurate way to figure it out?

Blood Pressure Med and Weight Gain
I think my blood pressure med is causing weight gain. I've gained about 5lbs... This is the most I've weighed in 9mths... Nothing else has changed. Does anyone know, if I stop it how long will it take for the weight to come back off?

Overeating At Night

How Long Can I Rest?
I normally strength train 3x a wk(sometimes 4) and I do at least 90mins of cardio everyday(usually more)... How many days can I rest before I lose progress or notice a difference? Would taking a week off hurt?

I don't understand my fitbit??
It'll say I'll burn like 200-300cals at the end of the day when I look at it..... I go to sleep, then look at it and its changed my calories from the day before from 200-300 to like 30cals. Am I doing something wrong? It's really confusing me!

Polar FT4 & H7 & iPhone app?
I recently got a polar ft4 and have been using it. I decided to order the h7 so it could sync to the iPhone app... I tried it out tonight and the watch tells me about 20cals less than the app...... They're both synced to the same heart rate monitor on me so I why not the difference? Anyone else have this issue?
