Need to eat more but not hungry?
This probably sounds like a stupid question but how do I get more calories in when I'm not hungry? Sometimes I've tried eating more when I'm full but I just feel sick then... But with my exercise, the app has me at about a 2000cal deficit everyday... Please give me some tips!
