I eat most of them back. If you add exercise, I would set your basic calculation to sedentary, so you're not counting activity twice.

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is about 145 (my one swimsuit pic in my profile is at that weight). I have med to large bone structure, mildly hourglass figure. Weight looks diff't on everybody since we all have different structures and muscle mass, etc. Hope you find what works for you!

I probably wouldn't complain if I looked like her. However, she does kind of have a strange proportionality…maybe it's the Armenian in her. She's also a momma, so going bra-less should no longer be an option! lol.
