I have been doing the program for close to 10 years..I have really focused on the food and calorie end of things the last 6 months and continue doing a minimum of 6 30 minute workouts a week.. I believe to be the most beneficial program out there still..structured and not overwhelming..a way of healthy living

December Pub run... We run 6-7 miles with stops at 5-6 bars, the last being a party that may go on forever and forever.
