I do upper body one day..lower another. mix in cardio..Goal is 3 weight workouts and 3 cardio workouts a week. 30 minutes each Good luck

I have used the rowing machines from time to time but have given it up due to back issues. I had a sore back for a number of years..doesnt bother me now but using the rowing machine seems to aggravate it.. It may be my technique whatever. My point is if you have back issues you may want to consider another type of workout.…

Not really "new"..Sugar,White Flour, and Salt have always been known as the "Three White Deaths" Reduce or get rid of these and you will be a long way on the journey to health

I do Body for Life.. 6 30 minute workouts a week. 3 cardio(running, eliptical etc. I rotate every 30 days), 3 weight trainings 1 upper 2 lower body then switch the next week. I have lost my streak several times. Something I learned that when accessing the site from your phone make sure you actually log something, even water. Just visiting the site oftentimes did not count.

I stopped worrying about the "number". I do 6, 30 minute workouts a week. I go as hard as I can. I have had success doing it this way so why change. Your body will count the calories the right way. If you are not having success. make corrections in your eating habits and/or increasing exercise. Let the scale and the mirror…
