Make working out easier. A trick I learned was to have all my gym clothes colored Black, Grey, or white, That way you can grab any top and bottom without having to match everything up. Helps when you are in a hurry.

Lemons can be extremely dirty. alot of handling by different people and often not washed. Make sure you wash them prior to use. This comes from a number of people in the food industry

MFP really increases the efficiency of BFL for me. Exercise has never been a problem for me but the tracking on MFP certainly helps when I can look over the last 30, 60, or 90 days and see what I have accomplished. We actually have a pub run next month..5k and stops at 5 different bars for beer. The money raised goes to the Healthy Kids program. Its been an event for about 10 years. Surprisingly we don"t get more than 50 runners.(hahahahah)

The key to losing weight is diet. You cannot exercise enough to overcome poor eating habits. I would focus on that as a start to fight the fat. Start tracking his intake and his calorie burn for a month and see what that looks like then you can work with him to adjust that. Its great he enjoys and participates in sports.…
