Also, I feel bad for other people using those scales & thinking that they are losing weight & aren't really dieting & exercising.

It always does for me come from within. This is the first time something like this has happened for me. I guess it just got frustrating as hell more than making me lose motivation but it still sucks.

Thank you all for your help. I've been exercising every morning, I miss it because now I have to wait for a little spot on my leg to heal. I don't think that's helping my motivation either.

In the beginning so far I've just done my best to get a schedule & do the best I can & try more vegetables. So I hope that's not too aggressive. I'm new to the dieting, I've been trying for so many years but realized I hadn't been doing it right. Hopefully I am now so far!

I'm 5'9", 360, I don't really have a regimen yet but I either go to the gym or use Jillian Michael's 30 day shred every weekday.
