I said I was 260 on mine because I did not want to admit out loud that I was 293. But as of this morning I am 255, and still going! Woo woo!

I get that a lot too! When I worked in the call center, people would think I said Kathy or Katie and even when I would correct them, they'd continue calling me that. @_@

My mom, sister, and husband are the only ones who I have told. I know I will not fail because I refuse to and I am in it for the long haul, but I think it is more because I want to surprise the heck out of everyone I know. Even my mom and sister live 2 hours away so they don't see me very much, which makes it easier to…

Having been through method B, it is definitely not less cruel. When someone you loved for four years suddenly changes, it hurts as you try to make it right. That said, I'm with the C - None of the above. crowd. Tell me honestly, and let's part amicably.

Way to go! It's definitely inspiring as I just hit 260 this morning and am starting Week 2 of C25k tomorrow evening. Keep up the amazing work!

Saving for later! Hubby will be so happy.

To record my weight, I weigh myself every Monday morning as soon as I wake up and before I eat or drink. I won't say I don't sneak a few daily weigh-ins, but I don't usually record them.

I did a LOT of logging in the beginning to the point where I have gotten pretty good about not having to log. Some days I do, some days I don't. If I know it's going to be a hard day, like going out to eat with my husband or family, I always check the menu before we go and log it beforehand. In those instances, logging…

I am definitely in! This is just the motivation I need. :) Starting weight: 261.8 Goal Weight by Christmas: 241.8 Anyone can add me if they'd like for further, mutual support!

My "Holy Crap" moment was when I stepped on the scale at 293 pounds. And my size 24 pants were getting tighter. I decided if I was going to buy new clothes, they were going to be smaller NOT larger. Also, the pictures from my wedding. I told myself that if I get to my goal weight next year like I intend to, we will renew…

I made myself start walking! I have a lot of issues in my past that cause me to emotionally eat, which of course lead to my weight gain. Since Sunday, I have officially started walking 4 miles a day. We have a lot of sidewalks where I live, so it makes it very easy to walk. I turned my pedometer on and just started…

My husband and I had dated when we were 14, then reconnected in 2010. He proposed in February of this year, and we were married in August. So it was a year and two months for us, and I couldn't be happier. My ex proposed a month into our relationship, we were together for four years but never married - and now I know why…

Love that name and LOVE bulldogs!

We have a female blue merle pomeranian named Yvaine (ee-vane) after the movie Stardust. She's a year old as of July. We also have a male pekingese named Cai who will be approximately 2 this November. He's a rescue, so we just gave him a birthday. :) Love them! Now that it's cooler, I may be able to take them on walks with…

Phenomenal transformation so far!

You look incredible! And you are certainly an inspiration!

1, How long did you plan? Approximately 6 months. 2. How much did you spend? (sorry if that's personal) Was this more/less than you planned? Around $2,000 - wanted something small. 3. How many people were invited/ how many showed up? 30 were invited, 35-40 showed up. 4. What did you give out for favors (if you had them)? I…

Face and belly, here.

This. I actually prefer doing things for myself, like pumping my own gas, opening my own doors, and pushing my own shopping cart. My husband does these things for me, too, but I do like being my own person as well. Just preference. He's still chivalrous whether or not he does these things all the time.

This is definitely me! Age: 25 (26 in November... wahh.) Height: 5'0" Starting Weight: 293 Current Weight: 268 Ultimate Goal Weight: 115, will reevaluate when I get there. Feel free to add me. :)

Though we weren't married, I had this EXACT same issue with my ex-boyfriend of 4 years. He would constantly put me down (not only when we were alone, but also in front of friends/family), always on his computer/xbox, never looked at me, and if I tried any sort of affection it was me "putting on a show". He quit his job…

Yay! I like my home here. :D I have lost 5 pounds since September 14, but the scale has not moved since then! Hoping that it's just because I've been doing strength training and that I'll see some results soon, though. Refusing to let myself get discouraged! A little about me... my name is Kelsey and I am about a month and…

My lactose intolerance has not allowed me to eat cheese without severe discomfort in a while, so I am especially excited to see this! I am going to try it as soon as I can. Thanks for sharing!

Hey, girls! I'm 5'0" (if that!) and weigh 277. My goal is 110-115, but I would love to be part of this group if there's room for one more. Having others around my height would be very helpful I feel.

I personally like K BYE. :D

I LOL'd. But to the OP, good point!

Absolutely the same issue for me! I love pickles, but not on sandwiches. They have the same gagging effect on me if they're on sandwiches, just as onions do. Mushrooms are another for me - one got stuck in my throat when I was little, and I haven't been able to eat them since!
-
I have to agree with this. I'm a firm believer in, "If you're hungry, eat something." But the most important thing is WHAT you eat. I'm personally not going to let myself starve. Congratulations on your success this far, and good luck with your future goals! Listen to your body. :)

I personally like this one the best. I will be using it from now on. :D
