my favourite simple breakfast is a small spoonful of Philadelphia (ones with grilled peppers or some other added flavour are best) mixed up with one or two eggs and microwave for a couple of minutes and serve on toast. So filling and very tasty!

just had a peek at your diary and if the last 7 days is typical of the last 6 months you need to up the calories. You're doing a great job of logging but your deficits look like they aren't feeding your body. Especially on the days you work out. I found it scary to up my cals but I was stuck at the same weight...after 4…

definitely worth the £6 on Play.com or amazon...I've seen the biggest change in my body shape doing it. It's a killer to start with but once you get through the initial stage it gets easier. Worth taking all measurements before you start. Good luck if you decide to go for it.

I did have that prob a couple of times at the start. I took some Fybogel sachets morning and night and it helped get things back on track. The other thing that works is to put your fav dried fruit in a cup and add boiling water to it, once it has cooled strain and drink, eat the soaked fruit for a wee snack too. Hope it's…

Hi Pam and welcome to MFP....I know the feeling, I was a bit apprehensive of joining the community to start with but I'm so glad I did. Everyone is very friendly and there are some really helpful discussions and lots of motivation to keep you going. I had lost quite a bit of weight before I joined but have been really…

I've always just logged it as 20 minutes of circuit, general. For my weight that's 181 cals but it always feels like more! Good luck and enjoy shredding....I loved it and still mix it in with my weekly workouts. Watch out for the first three days, I couldn't walk! It definitely gets better. All the best

I had one pre children and I loved it, I took it out early on in pregnancy with first child in case of infection but I've always been left with a scar. One midwife asked me if I'd had keyhole surgery! That said I did love it and it was cute but keep it clean and if you gain weight take it out!

Hi I've got 3 young children and find squeezing the gym in too difficult so I do DVD's when I can't fit in anything else. The 30 day shred has been amazing with massive results. It's only 20 minutes...I know even 20 minutes in a day with 3 kids is tough but I just remember that some days any one of my 3 can waste that…

I agree, have a wonderful day and enjoy bit of it including the chippy and butty. From today on step up the calories burned, whatever you can manage...a workout dvd, a swim, a long walk or a run...something each day, drink lots of water and look forward to your reward at the weekend. Enjoy, you will have earned it :-)

I'm day 6 today! Still Level 1 but yesterday was sooo much easier I might be ready to move soon. Totally agree with comment about first 3 days...just need to push through. My calves were aching so much that I needed to walk them out a bit...long walk with slow pace. Woohoo let's go! Good luck!
