That's fab! Hold onto those size 18, though at this rate you might bypass them straight on to the 16s! Excellent work
-
Wow! You look so incredible, well done:smile:

I like seeing the bigger numbers! But can totally see how that would be a motivator. Go for it Kirsty, when you set your mind to something then you usually achieve it. Bye bye 9lbs! X

amazing, amazing job! Well done!

it is such a great programme and it motivates you to do other workouts too. She shows you that you are capable of having a toned fit body. The first three days have you on the floor but after that you're hooked and I started to see results on day 5. Make sure you take all your measurements before and some photos to give…

well done from me too! That's fab, sometimes the comments are slow to come but you'll get them here because we all know how amazing that loss is. Top job

not forgetting...wow! Your hubby must feel like he's got a new woman! I try not to take them the wrong way but sometimes it's hard! And yes he didn't have a problem with the woman he had before because....I'm still me!!!

Gosh, had never heard of it! will get googling and be informed with everything that has been raised for next week, thank you
-
I will explore it further will her when I go back next week, I've got the 200mg (3 a day) as well but will be stocking up on the vit c to help now, thank you
-
Unfortunately i've been told they are essential as am dangerously low. I took some Floradix post pregnancy before, so thanks for the reminder as I couldn't remember what it was called. I will ask doc to tell me when she feels I could shift to this as definitely nicer to the body than the tablets. I'm now at maintainance so…

Thank you for replying with this, I will try it a little bit by bit as you suggest and see how I get on. I think I'm just feeling frustrated having gone from pretty intensive exercise at least 5 times a week to managing nothing! I will get there, thank you for the encouragement and good luck with your recovery.
-
Thank you, will wash down the pills with some fresh orange juice! Will also go get some stocks of vit c to boost my intake too
-
Thanks, i've been started on these by the doctor but when things get under control then I think taking continuing to take a supplement will be useful.

3 stone down and my boobs and bum have definitely shrunk but 30ds lifted both of them making them rounder and fuller again but more toned. I like this look better!

I went for a healthy BMI (not that it's a great guide, but a starting point), somewhere right in the middle of normal weight, about 21.5. Now I'm there I like it! good luck with your journey

Thanks Honey! Will check out later. x
-
Thank you for posting! Need to read rest later :-)

I'm with the crowd on this one, you really need to visit your GP. Hope visit goes well if you do and you get a helpful answer

I look back at my status updates from 6 months ago and that was me!!! Lazy lardy on the sofa scoffing dairy milk and a very large glass or two of red wine. Amazing how things can change so quickly!
-
vanity sizing! M&S, Next and even the supermarket brands like Florence & Fred and TU have all been at it!
-
I was a big UK16 and 5ft 9 six months ago, I'm now a UK 8-10 (depending on shop) and 3 stone lighter. So I reckon a 12-14 coat would have fitted after losing around a stone and a half. If it's a coat you love, keep it as an incentive. Weirdly my last M&S bra fitting made me go down in width size but up a cup size! Good Luck

I found the first 3 days the hardest.....I needed to keep walking (slowly!) so I didn't let my calves get too stiff. Arnica tablets (homeopathic remedy) helps too. It does get easier, I promise!

wow! Dinner sorted Thank you!
