Just did Stage 3 Work out A... OMG Kicked my Bottom!!!! Burnt 566 cal in 90 min... Tough!! Tough!! But ... I DID IT!! ;-))) Don't know if I'm looking forward to Work out B.. But I've never bench pressed 25 lb's in each hand before!!!.... :glasses: :smokin:

I'm starting Stage 3 my next week I'm finding that I'm getting exhausted and hungry. I 'was' doing HIIT between my weights but noticed I wasn't lifting as much on the weights and actually was getting poorer form. I've backed down on the cardio between weight training days. I'm on Stage 2 I enjoy doing weights Trying to up the cardio with it.. I feel much stronger too!!! I joined the NR4WL group too!! I'd highly suggest it, also.

Well I'm eating between 1750-1800 cal RMR is 1400 My Macro's are set at Carbs 30% Protein 40% and Fat 30% But I have to say I'm usually over my carb's.. Maybe not enough protein to build and maybe I'll try to up the calories some. Thanks so much!!

I have the exact same problem My Shins/ Calves get so tight... I actually lost 1 1/4 inches in my left Calf.!!!! It's stops my progress and I 'really' would like to enjoy this and not dread it!! I don't think excercise should be torture!
