I'm on Push circuit 3.. I'm seeing a lot more musle than I did with Burn.. Hope it continues!! Gotta really Push it though My heart rate is very high and I barely get those 6-8 reps many times I'm failing at 6. Love it!

I am only in Burn sessions but I'm on the third week. I've been adding cardio along with them and find I might be working 'too' much as I'm not increasing the weights as much as I did the first and second week. Maybe the push session is just a little more challenging and expecting to stay at the same weights 'is' a good…

Just bought the Deluxe Package (at least I'm trying it out for the 30 days) Did the First Circuit Burn 1 and Loved it!! I enjoy her suggestions... Just like having your own personal Trainer.

Thanks for the suggestions.. I'll check those things out. I don't think this guy does any freebie;s But I've seen him training some other ladies at the gym and they look like they're getting a good work out. But you may be right; he may just be showing them how much they need him.

Just another tip.. Try to take your medication first thing in the morning; about a half hour before you eat. (Which it looks like your doing) Also, don't take it with coffee or any calcium supplements that can interfere with absorption.. If you decide to take it at night ; it might interfere with your sleep.. some people…

My definition of abstinence is; abstaining from eating beyond my satisfaction level and into discomfort and regret. I've binged 'mostly on chips' but on anything from carrots to healthy meats. For me it's about the out of control, uncounscious aspect of the eating that I am most concerned about.

I love the discriptions of the excercises because 'that's exactly' how I feld about it Expecially the Weird squat holding two dombells. It 'is' an awkward excercise and much tougher than it sounds. Great Job on the increase in weights!! I hopw I can show as good of an improvement at the end of this.

Completed Stage 3 Work out A 2 out of four It took 79min I completed it all and burnt 423 cal I was sweaty and shaky by the time I was done. I think one of the men in the gym was afraid they'd have to call the ambulance LOL but I did it!!!!
