I poach them - but in a frying pan so they get the 'fried egg' shape and fit perfectly onto a lovely brown sandwich with grilled trimmed bacon! YUMYUMYUM!!

Do you drink because you feel thirsty all the time? If so you might just want to head over to your GP and just make sure everything is okay with yourself - I had to do the same as apparently it's one of the many symptons of being diabetic. But most likely will be fine! I was!! xxxxxx

Im kind of testint Slimming World at this moment in time - basically is just a lifestyle change - eating a LOT of fruit and vegetables and you can still have the occassional cheekyfoods - but all in moderation... We'll see how it goes I guess - I mean I'm only in the first week of it!! :) xxx

Food I'd steer well clear of even when I have a grumbly tummy: Tuna/Prawns/Salmon/Any fishy fish!! Red meat Grapefruit Anything with Mayo on HAGGIS!!!!!!!

I love making my own pizza's - I use a wrap - like warburtons etc, slodge some tomato puree onto it and load it with veg and shredded chicken (minimum amount of cheese as I don't get on with it!) - then whack it under the grill for a few mins and its done!! They taste sooooooooo nice as well.xx

Swap your cheeky treats for fruit or fat free yogurts - I've found it really helps me :) x
