I hate people telling me I don't need to lose weight, or people looking at me like I'm an alien when I tell them I'm with WW. It's my decision, I want to feel comfortable in my clothes again, so I don't understand why so many people think I'm being unreasonable!

When I first started I couldn't get all the way through Level 1 (shows just how unfit I am!) but now I'm on day 3, I can do the whole workout, but still can't do the full press-up, which I'm hoping to work towards! I'm only on Day 3, so I haven't noticed any huge differences yet, hopefully it's all yet to come!

Yay, loving all the pear shaped ladies on here! I'm definitely a pear too, I used to absolutely hate it, but I've definitely become more tolerant over the years! I agree with what everyone else has said, there's no way to change your body shape, if you're a pear, you'll stay a pear, spot training just doesn't work.…

It's amazing, but so hard haha! I've not been doing it very long, but you definitely get a sense of achievement afterwards, and I really like Jillian, she's a lot less annoying than most of the other DVD instructor people I've tried in the past. Good luck, I hope you enjoy it :)
