I do a 7am class and I always eat before hand. I even have coffee.. If I don't put something in my stomach with the coffee I am sure my stomach would hate me. Maybe you should supplement the coffee with some carbs to soak up the acidity? Just a suggestion!

I know how hard it is to stick to a plan and lose weight and keep it off! I gained weight in my undergrad and have been working to get it off since-- finally did. It is definitely important to stay motivated. I really want to start a fitness group up to help keep others motivated and keep each other accountable on a daily…

-
Hey! I just got accepted into optometry school, not premed but I still getting a Biochemistry degree and had entrance exam (OAT) I know what stress and snacking does to your body haha. I definitely would love to have friends that will be going to professional schools around the same time I am!

I am a 34 C. I have got down to between a C/B. I wouldn't mind in the least if I was a B. I hate having my boobs too big.. They bounce and I can never wear super cute camis and tanks with out my tits hanging out and looking obnoxious. All and all, I am not worried about my boobs getting smaller:) haha.
-
My bf is an *kitten* man... and I have C cups.. lol fml. Oh well! We love each other anyways.. More to life than breasts;) fo sho. EDIT:: Oh! And I honestly like my boobs somewhat smaller (Bish) I hate when you can't wear cute tanks cuz your tits hang out and guys oogle em. Its not something I want to be noticed for! haha.

I just started this whole MFP thing too. I am 5'6" and 130 pounds. It has me calculated at 1350 a day. So far it seems about right. I never feel like I am starving. It is perfect for my portion control, and it helps me realize how much I can eat. I try to go high protein meals which also keep my full longer. When I am…

That sounds like a really good idea bringing her on the journey with you. That way you always will have a buddy :) Plus I can see dogs being a big motivator, they will always have more energy and speed then we ever could, (especially a border collie) and I could see them pushing you. I can't wait to start running with my…

That is awesome!! I wish you guys luck!! It sounds like its the perfect situation for both of you, you two can keep each other motivated:))

She is good with me. And she is great with people. Its just other dogs. She plays well with my parents border collie she grew up with and deals with a lot of the time but she has no problem being dominate there. It just seems to be dogs in the dog park and even when on a leash. With bigger dogs then her she doesn't mess…
-
Ohmygosh, I couldn't imagine taking my dog on a bike. I think she would murder me haha. How in the world did you train them to do that?
-
Yeah, they are such loyal dogs though. Great for the owners. But I do have a question for you about them being territorial and how to get past that. My puppy played all the time with other dogs. And recently the dogs she was friends with she just happens to feel like she has to be dominate over them now. Have you had this…

I live in an apartment so I try to get her outside as much as possible. I also have to walk her constantly when she has to go out. We worked a system with a retractable leash where when she starts getting to the end of it I call her and she comes back retracting it again. (She listens really well) This way she doesn't pull…

would a head collar include a gentle leader? And that is very good advice. I will try it! She will be 18 months on the 11th of august so I will try to get the leash thing down until around that time, maybe with just walks. Do you think that would be okay? Here are pictures of her:…

okay good! I am glad I am not the only one for this to happen. At least there is hope for her! haha

I have ate healthy for the past 7 months. But I have recently decided to step it up a notch and introduce clean eating into my diet. Its hard right now because I have stayed at a dorm for 10 weeks, but I am going home next week and plan on introducing this into my life. If you eat clean add me to spread motivation:)
