What is the best scale to buy?

I wanted to start keeping track of my weight, and wanted to know what the most accurate scale on the market was!

Through the scale out. Body weight swings by as much as 10lbs in a day. Go by body fat percentage.

 Taylor makes some good digital ones and that are very affordable as well. I agree, don't just go by the scale..definitely take your measurements too as the scale can be misleading at times. There is nothing wrong weight keeping up with your weight too. Especially since everyone wants to know "how much weight have you lost" ..they typically don't walk up to you and say "so how are your clothes fitting today" or "what is your body fat percentage today"
  • Not sure but I just bought this one this morning:

    http://www.overstock.com/Health-Beauty/Taylor-Tempered-Glass-Body-Fat-Body-Water-Scale/4051205/product.html

    $30 with free shipping

It seems to measure everything & I've ordered from Overstock alot with no problems at all.

I can't wait to receive it so I can start using it. :)

I have this one, from amazon. Its awesome, very accurate. Just needs a hard level place to put it. Read the reviews. If anythings wrong with it,the company will send another very fast. Though most problems are quickly solvable

I have a basic Weight Watchers digital scale, and it works great! I got it at Costco for around $30. If you go digital, be sure to place it on a solid surface, such as tile or wood flooring, in order to get good readings.

I have the eatsmart precision plus scale. It's accurate. I use it to keep track of my cycle because I gain the week before and start to lose gradually as it comes closer and It's always on point.

I had a great Tanita, and broke it when I moved.

I then got Conair and Weight Watchers scales (same manufacturer) and they were absolute cr*p. Neither could measure a 10 lb dumbbell consistently nevermind my own weight.

I now have an Ozeri scale: http://www.amazon.com/Ozeri-Bathroom-Hydration-Recognition-Technology/dp/B004NXUAXW/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1343747260&sr=8-6&keywords=ozeri+digital

The one above is currently 25% off the displayed price as part of a promotion. It's great and reliable. And I don't trust BF% from scales but this one is at least consistent and doesn't fluctuate due to water weight, etc. Ozeri products are made in the US and I got an email from them thanking me for purchasing an American made product and telling me how to contact them if I had any trouble - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Great company, and so far great product!
