In middle school I was on the dance team and a friend of mine said I looked fat on stage when performing for the school. I wouldn't ever consider myself fat at all during my life, but that was still scarring growing up as I was never really skinny either, and made me second guess ever doing dance again for a long while.

You shouldn't be worried about being less attractive to others, but how you feel personally. People are attracted to confidence. Personally, I love my small boobs, I never have to wear a bra and they're cute. Do what you feel is right for you.

I never eat them all back usually, but I definitely eat at least half back because I am really freaking hungry after working out hard!

Being able to do five pull ups in a row in a few weeks after barely being able to do one when I put up my new pull up bar. Biking over 155 miles in less than a month these past 3.5 weeks. :)

Count calories, exercise, and just try not to eat much processed food for good, lasting energy. Even processed food will burn if you are tracking and exercising. None of this dieting nonsense.
