Nice job, you look great. Was this all diet change or did you incorporate exercise as well?

Good morning, I also need to lose at least 100lbs and need support. I'm trying to find ways to incorporate healthier foods into my diet but get bored with the same old stuff. I would love to have more friends and their diaries to peak at to get some inspiration. Anyone feel free to add me.

Both are great for smoothies but I prefer the Ninja. It has a stronger motor and mixes up smoother smoothies especially if you are using leafy green vegetables.

Amazing transition. You look very happy and healthy, congrats!

Great job! Don't get discouraged on your journey to a healthy life when the scale doesn't budge. I big loss at the beginning is normal since it is mostly water weight. 1-2 lbs per week is normal and a huge success. Don't deprive yourself either. You can continue to eat the foods you love, just smaller portions. Deprivation…

You look amazing, great job.

Thanks, I needed this today. :)

I know the feeling, I've been logging in just not logging my meals. I've been lucky so far and have only put on 5 of the 29 I've lost but will be logging daily again starting today. :)

Thank you for posting, it definitely gives me hope that this way of life does work. I have a similar story except I have always been overweight, I may have lost a couple pounds but they all came back with friends. I like this approach but I haven't figured out how to be consistent with logging. I'm doing much better and…

Consider an activity tracker that also tracks heart rate, it has definitely helped me.

Amazing, you look great. If only I could be that disciplined with my eating.

Awesome! You look great. I've been here 10 months and have only lost 30. I did take some time off after a car accident but now I'm back. It's very slow going but I'm sticking with it.

Congrats, you look great! Welcome to the Navy and thank you for serving!

This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Eat what you enjoy but in smaller portions. Up your protein and fiber (but not all at once or you will have tummy trouble) to keep you fuller longer. Increase your exercise to account for some of your snacks during the day. You'll be surprised that a 10 minute walk can literally…

Nice job, you look great and very happy. I've been at it for 10 months and have only lost 30lbs. Time to kick it in to high gear. Thanks for sharing.

Hello! I'm 44 and need to lose ~115 (24 down since January). I'm not dieting, I eat what I feel like just in moderation and have increased my exercise by walking. Once the weather gets colder I will make my way back to the gym. Feel free to add me, I can use all the inspiration anyone has to offer.

Completely understand your frustration. I finally bought a new scale after going to the Dr a couple weeks ago. My scale was at least 5-7 pounds different than theirs. My husband thought I was off my rocker until he got on it one morning and then 3 hours later he claimed he lost 3lbs watching TV. My new scale is within .4…

Welcome! As others have stated, track your food (the good, bad and ugly), weigh and measure everything until you have a good handle on portion sizes and start an exercise routine. A simple 10 minute walk will do wonders for both your physical and mental health and eventually you will be able to increase the length of your…

6lbs is awesome, but, don't be discouraged when you only lose 1 or 2 next week. The first week is usually water weight, once you flush that out of your system you should lose 1 to 1.5 per week which is a healthy amount to lose. I would be over the moon to lose 1 to 1.5/week but I'm happy with any loss to say the least.…

Great post, it gave me lots to think about. Our stats "were" about the same until you had an amazing transformation :-). I'm hoping to post my own story sometime in the near future! Keep up the good work.
