I am on day 14. The results so far are amazing in just 2 weeks. I am almost down a whole pants size. Level one was tough for me at first but now i can finish it with no problem. Level two, well we working on it. I had to rest a couple times, but its alot better. It deffinately gets better!!!

I actually started 6 days ago. It got easier. I wasnt able to complete the first day either. But now i find myself taking fewer breaks, like just 5 secs like she says. I log it as circuit training.

Hi everyone, I just started the 30 DS on Monday. Tomorrow will be my fourth day. Its tough, but seeing everyone on here is keeping me motivated.
