For me, eating a lot of carbs, especially those white carbs like bread and pasta make me feel super bloated and uhhh back things up. Even if I don't actually weigh less, I feel lighter and have more energy when I limit them.

If he loves you, then he will love you just the way you are, big boobed or small boobed! But just because he likes them big doesn't mean he doesn't think you are sexy! If he is really going to make this into an issue then you should probably find someone who takes you for who you are.

Recent college grad here, obviously I drink lol. The trick is to keep your drinks 0 cal except for the alcohol, which is typically 80-100 cals a shot, And dont go overboard! I am 5'4 ~130 lbs, MFP has me eating 1200 cals a day, which I struggle to do because I just love fast food/junk food. If I wasnt counting calories I would guess that I eat around 1700 a day maintaining my 130 lbs
