Has anyone ever tried using them?
If so, & you have the time, I'm interested in hearing what product you ended up using. I've personally experimented with them myself and am curious as to how many people were/are in the same boat I was in

I used Hydroxycut for approximatly 3 weeks and all it did was make workouts hard and gave some upper abdominal pain.0

I've been on Alli for about a month. I did a lot of research, and chose it because it was the only FDA approved one on the market. I've lost ten pounds so far, but I lowered my calorie intake a great deal. I'm starting to think it doesn't do a whole lot, but add some motivation as far as the amount of fat intake. I'm gonna stay on it for one more month, but that will probably be it. I think I might be just flushing money down the toilet.0

My mom has been on alli, it works, but the consequences are gross if you go over the daily fat intake which i believe is 15g? It classically conditions you to not eat fat because of what will happen to your body if you do. Also those are for people who are seriously overweight. I personally have tried the jillian michaels fat burners and while i saw results, its hard to say whether it was the pills or change in diet and exercise. Whatever you decide, be careful! a lot of diet pills are really shady and you could end up doing more harm than good.0

I tried ALLI for 6 months like 2 years ago and I got HORRIBLE gall stones. It did work though, but definitely ot worth it.0

fat is healthy.. and doesn't make you fat. why limit it? that's why i hate alli.
just do low carb, cheap and easy.
if you want to buy pills, donate your money to charity instead.0 -
ok so this is what diet pills do...they do work they basically aide your metabolism in torching the fat ..but then your metabolism realizes why should i work when this synthetic little pills is doing my job and thus your metabolism slows down to almost a halt.So when you discontinue your pill popping your bodys like whoa! what happened? and your metabolism is wanky thereafter!0

Well see, my mother and I took these diet pills called OxyElite Pro for about 6 months and they worked really well!, combined with my healthy eating and excersizing I lost 28 pounds through out those 6 months and got all the way down to 130. I decided to try to get them again and they actually puleld the product off of the shelf because there was an ingredient involved that wasn't safe. Thankfully I didn't experience anything negative from them though. The GMC man suggested another hott product (which I purchased with my mother) and that's what im currently taking. Ill let you guys know what its called0

I always find it funny when people say diet pills helped them lose weight but follow that sentence up with I also ate right, lowered calories and exercised. Hmmmmm.....0
