Thank you all so much!! I started at 245 and I am at 185 now I am 5 foot 3 1/2 inches tall. My weight is all carried in between my shoulders and waist. I'm a size 12 in pants and an XL-L on top. Now to tone everything up.....

Thank you so much I have gone from a tight 18 in pants to a comfortable 12. 2 and 3 X shirts to an Large-Xlarge. I'm also selling giving away all my clothes NEVER going back!!!!! :) Even my shoes are to big!!!

The difference is HUGE!!! I have lost 60 lbs and can't believe the difference in my face among everywhere else!! The pics are in my profile pic cause I haven't figured out how to upload larger pics here.....
