I am so happy I have found this Ap. I love it, I have been able to stay on the right track and have lost 50 pounds!! I have been at this a little over 145 days and have 30 to 40 left to loose. I can really see a difference and so can my friends and family. Now to get through next week, Thanksgiving wasn't to bad just have to stay motivated!!!!
The first pic was taken in Aug about 2 weeks in to this, 2nd was in Oct and the last was taken last week.
