  • Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, it's hard for me to eat several small meals a day. I am a veterinarian, so it is a good day if I can sit down to eat for 15 minutes. I eat when I can, because it may be a 14 hour day! I have been bringing more fruits and veggies to work, but I still crave the bad stuff );
  • I also feel horrible when I go over. Just think how many times we probably overshot calories prior to watching them on myfitnesspal! I agree that it gets easier to follow. It's a life style change, not a diet. Hang in there. You could always exercise this evening so you're only over by 1500 calories (; :smile:
  • HI there, My husband and I are also trying P90X lean. They are great workouts, but I am having a hard time fitting in one hour of exercise (I commute 2 hours a day and work over 10 hours a day). I am trying to get back on board (I've only done one video this week). LEt me know how it goes for you! Meredith
